The Kriz Brothers

Yesterday, Andreas and Thomas tried the golf driving range. Just like the other neophytes in golf, there are some nice and bad shots. Let the picture just speak for itself and see for yourself how concentrated they are.

Meet our New Joy in Life

My car in Germany was named Pangga by my best friend Joy, a term of endearment which means love for the Visayan folks. Here in the Philippines, i named our new chery car Joy. She is the new member of the family in apple green color and had her first service today. The head mechanic came today with the same color service car, the twin sister of Joy.

Home Service Massage

We usually go to Lynderm for our massage needs, but now, we decided to have it at home. The massage attendant comes twice or thrice a week for a full two-hour massage. The other day, i also tried hot stone massage and i liked it very much. It rejuvenates me and its good for back pain.

Service Deluxe

Since we moved in a month ago in our retirement house, there's an outpouring of help and support from my family, neighbors, friends and the staff of Southforbes clubhouse. They helped us organize our house, give suggestions and even delivered fresh pandesal and newspapers right in our doorstep, what a service!! Now we're already adjusted to our new life here and everything falls into the right places more than our expectation. But these are all short-lived, were going to return soon to our homebase Germany to resume work to fulfill financial obligations.

Kids at Work and Fun

My children and grandkids spend weekend with us and i'm glad that they come over to help us with household chores. Their visit is a mixture of work and fun. At night, they did drive to Paseo for some nightlife and have photo sessions at our villas clubhouse.

Kids at an early age should be trained to help in some household work and that's we're doing with my grandchildren.

The House Art

I'm really not afraid of heights only when i'm on very high buildings, i can feel a spinning sensation or dizziness which triggered by looking down from a high place. Yesterday, when we put our paintings on our high ceiling, we need a very long ladder to reach the wall. It will not work for dirk because of his weight, so we ask the clubhouse staff to do it for us.

Back to my Roots

On the way to Tutuban mall yesterday, we decided spontaneously to visit my relatives in Sampaloc, Manila where i first saw the light in this world. I haven't been there for quite a long time and there are lots of changes. Gone are our old two-storey house and the former neighbors as well.

My uncle still lives there with his family, he cried upon seeing us. It's an emotional reunion for us inlcuding our old neghbors who don't recognized us at first. We left the place 23 years ago and moved to San Pedro, Laguna. My mother always wanted a place that is not congested and free of pollution.

We also passed Legarda Elementary School where i graduated my elementary education and the Trabajo market. I'm really very happy to visit the place where my wings started to expand.
