Aerobics at Laguna Bel-Air

For a change, we attended the early morning aerobic session in Laguna bel-air with the same aero instructor. We also met new aero mates residents of bel-air and a glimpse of their clubhouse facilities.








After our aeroboxing, jumping, stretching, we proceeded to Luz' very nice house for a late morning tea and girly talks.
