Birthday Staycation

 I turned a year older last May 10 and i thank God for another year in my life. Just like my past birthdays, i just wanted  to celebrate my special day with my family. My OFW daughters gifted me a staycation in Okada, lunch at Japanese restaurant and an Iphone XR. It was a memorable birthday because i always celebrate my natal day without my daughters who are based abroad. This year we are complete and I am very grateful to our Lord for giving me another lease in life and the gift of a loving family and friends.

Cousins Bonding

 We haven't seen our first cousins from Germany and Sweden for almost two decades that's why when they fly here for vacation, we reach for them for lunchout at MOA. It was such a nice feeling bonding with them because we laugh, reminisced, eat and the never ending story about our lives. We talked about our memories during our childhood, teen, college days up to this day that we are all grandmothers. It was such a nice meet ups and my heart is full of happiness.

Thursday Shopping

 Its grocery shopping day for my daughters, buying basic necessities for their siblings. My children are lucky to have a big sister who understands their situation and needs. My eldest daughter Rose Belle is very kind and generous when it comes to family.

Pangasinan Trip

 It was a smooth trip going to Pangasinan to attend mass at Our Lady of Manaoag Church and to visit the family of my son in Law in Sison. Thanks to Skyway 3, NLEX, SCTEX and TPLEX for an easy travel to the north. It is my first time in Our Lady of Manaog and it comes to real because every sunday i only watch online mass. Its a great experience for me and also very happy to meet the family of Isko who are so kind and accomodating. 

Our kind of Monday

 May 1 is Labor day in the Philippines and  its a non working holiday. We started our day with a lunchout with the Paala family at Max in Southwoods Mall. We ordered Filipino foods and had lots of updating on each others lives. 

As usual our lunch today is at Bon Chon, Dirk's favorite...

Engaged Couple

 My second eldest grandson Kim who is based in Canada is now engaged to Nica. I just wish them the best and hope they will tied the knot when Kim is already finished his degree.
