Like Mother, Like Daughter

 My daughter Arianne and me have one thing in common, we are both plant lovers. Aryan had nice collections of plants which most of it are gifts from neighbors and friends. Unlike me, who invested lots of money buying plants here and there. Anyway, being halamoms/plantitas gave  us a real satisfaction which are hard to explain. 

February Events and more..

 Two days ago is Chinese New Year and today is Valentines day. For both occasion we are praying and hoping to a better year and may love rules the world. 

By the way, we got our window screens repaired and  had the roll up windows removed.  Our soon to be neighbors also already started digging for the construction of the house. Its just so sad that some of my papaya trees which bear lots of fruits are now gone. 

Update on our doggies- our Chay is now blind but the good things is that she still has lots of appetite and both royal doggies needs grooming. 

Car Maintenance

 My Angel, name of my car, undergone service maintenance at Toyota Santa Rosa last weekend. Its an overall check which is very important for every vehicle. I'm supposed to have done that last year but was not able to do so because of the pandemic. 

By the way, i am very happy with my harvest today. Its just a temporary happiness because the construction of our neighbor's house already started. Anyway my plants will probably will still be there in 8 months.

Our Simple Life

 For three days a week, we stayed at BudLhed's house in San Pedro and experience a very simple life. Its very different compare to our high end life here in South Forbes, I enjoyed market shopping, eating street foods, talking with neighbors and more. Cost of living in San Pedro is also more cheaper where goods and services are just a quarter compare to where we live.

Leila's Birthday Celebration

 Another January celebrant is our charming Leila or Lelang as we fondly called her. As usual because of the pandemics, they just have a very simple celebration with the family.  To you apo, happy birthday again and my birthday wish is for you to remain a good daughter and hope all your wishes come true..

My other grandson Von  (first from left in the photo below) also celebrated his birthday end of January in Cabanatuan city.

By the way, because i am not getting any younger and already considered a senior citizen, some pains here and there comes and go. I have to live with it, its very hard to see a doctor nowadays because of the virus. 

Arianne's Birthday

 Another January celebrant is my all around daughter, Arianne. For this year, she did not plan any celebration instead Lhed and Buddy in Qatar ordered online her  birthday cake and jollibee treats. Happy birthday again anak and may you continue to be a big help to our family. May the Lord continue to bless you with good health and  a safe family.

January Celebrants

 Aside from my grandaughter Lyka who celebrated her birthday on New year, Jarred and King are also January birthday celebrants. Jarred had a simple celebration at home and he shared the prepared foods to our royal doggie King who turned 5 years old.
