US Vacation 2018

Its been a while since my last post and now i'm back sharing with you our Nevada and California trip. Its my second time in Las Vegas but first time in Hollywood. Last year, i was in Chicago for the Lions Convention and together with Dirk, we explored the San Francisco Area. Anyway, we visited a lot of attractions in Vegas, also joined the Lions international parade, toured around hollywood, beverly hills and the famous universal studios in Hollywood.It was a memorable experience, family bonding, meeting new friends and exploring famous attractions which i only saw in magazines. I thanked GOD for all these wonderful opportunities and very grateful to my daughter for making this trip possible and also to the Salvador couple and Uncle Juanito of Albert for touring us around.

Mimi's 9th Birthday Celebration

My grandaughter Jaimee Antonie or Mimi as we fondly called her turned 9 year old yesterday. My daughter Arianne prepared and ordered sumptuous foods for a few guests. Anyway, happy birthday apo and may all your wishes come true ....

Sports Award

We are proud of my grandson Kim who excel in basketball thats why he received an award at his school St. Martin de Porres High School here in Airdrie, Canada. Also, other students were also recognized because of their excellence in academic, spiritual and coomunity service.

By the way i am now busy preparing our balikbayan boxes to send to the Philippines ...

My Celebrity Daughter

Yesterday my daughter Astrid was included in a picture under Qatar based newspaper which feature Al Khor Park offering children to interact with a number of animals under an interactive show being held at its premises during Eid Al Fitr. So proud of you our lioness in the family ....

Shopping with Family

One of the nice part of our vacation here is the shopping spree for free. Thanks God for giving me a generous daughter and another good thing, she's also spoiling her Uncle Dirk to the max.

Father's Day

Today, we give honor to all dads, papa, tatay, amang and whatever we call to the man who nurtures and love us. As Reed Markham says, the quality of a father can be seen in the goals, dreams and aspirations he sets not only for himself but for his family. Indeed they are the men who stood for us and see to it that we will have a good life. My father is a soft spoken one but deep in his hearts he loved us so dearly. To my tatay in heaven and so with my stepfather, and with the GREAT FATHER in Heaven, Happy Father's Day ....

Canada Vacation

I thought our flight will be cancelled because of the strong typhoon but thanked GOD we arrived safely here in Calgary. Our body clock is not yet normal but we're getting there. In the meantime we will just sleep and sleep to recover, more updates soon ....
