Visiting Buddy

Princess or Buddy as we fondly called her is my other daughter from another mother. She is here in the Philippines for a short vacation to attend the wedding of her sister Ghel. She treated us for a sumptuous lunch at Contis and bond with our doggies...

Mama Mary

As a member of the Cenacle group of Southforbes Villas, we still continue the visit of Mama Mary in every house. I am very happy that it is our turn for a week and hopefully Mama Mary will extend her stay in time for Her birthday on the 8th of September. Through the years the Mother of God is my protector, She really never fails me. Mama Mary is always there during the highs and lows of my life. I take refuge in her loving arms who always loved us unconditionally.

The Week That Was for Dirk

Everyday is full of action for Dirk. That includes eating at his new favorite Mongolian restaurant, Fridays, Dennys, foot massage at Montalbo and driving around with Lhed's Love.
In the homefront, it got a new look courtesy of my gardeners....

I was surprised yesterday that BPI ayala westgrove is now offering a light snacks in their branch. Its the first that i saw a bank treating their bank clients for coffee and more while waiting for their turns to be called by the teller.

Dumaguete Trip

It was a nice 3 nights, 4 day trip in the city of gentlest people, Dumaguete. The capital of negros oriental is a good place to live because of the low cost of living. I also noticed that many foreign nationals decided to retire here maybe because of being close to nature and friendly locals. We enjoyed our trip very much, another check on the provinces we wanted to visit as part of our explore the Philippines project.
By the way even the pampering here is more cheaper, haircut costs 50 pesos and foot massage is 180 pesos.
