Grandkids wanna have Fun
My grandchildren take advantage the last days of christmas vacation or rather the first days of 2016 playing, skating and sightseeing in Baguio. Kids are kids and its nice to see them enjoying what they loved to do. To try skating is the birthday wish of my grandaughter Lyka and her wishes comes true courtesy of Lyn's sister.

Belle and Astrid's New Year
Though my daughters are thousands kilometers from us working in a far away land, they were able to celebrate New Year with friends. Astrid who is working in Qatar, flew to Dubai to be with Aleth's family. They watched the fireworks illuminating the highest building in the world and even visited the Miracle Garden. Belle on the other hand has boodle fight theme with friends and housemates in canada. To you my daughters, may this New year brings more happiness, success and may all your wishes comes true. Just remember that we are just here supporting your journeys to happyland...

My OFW Daughters
Thanks to the new technologies which made us closer and easy to communicate with my OFW daughters in Qatar and Canada. Though Belle is already very much used to four years of snowy christmas, its the first time for Astrid to spend the holiday season abroad. We missed them here but skype and facebook connects the distances between us.
Family Christmas 2015
I am not in blogging hiatus only it really takes time to blogged because of the slow internet connection during the holiday season. Anyway, i'm back to post our yuletide celebrations this year. For a change, we decided to have our christmas gift giving and get together at Gilligans in Pavillion. I think its also more practical because it saves me from the hassles of cooking and other preparations. Also, i'm really very touched with my childrens gestures because they shouldered the bill which they said its payback time. Seeing most of my grandchildren melts my heart and i know they are very happy with their christmas presents. They also spend christmas eve with their father and his family at our home in Langgam which is also different from the usual celebrations which is often held at their father's house. But the true spirit of christmas is giving, sharing, forgiving, acceptance and loving each other despite distances and differences.
