Santacruzan 2013

Last year, my family host the santacruzan and this year its the Dela Cruz family's turns. My son and some of my grandchildren joined the Flores de Mayo, a popular religious festival held in many towns and cities throughout the Philippines as the highlight of the month-long celebration during the month of May. It is usually celebrated with a parade of decorated floats and elaborately dressed participants, representing various aspects of the Virgin Mary and other figures.

Stress-Free Dining

Everyday we have lunch in the restaurant, either Shakeys, Racks, Pancake house, etc and for our dinner, we always ordered foods at Dine@Southforbes restaurant near our house. For me, its more practical than cooking , its saves all the hassles, electricity and the effort.

Family Bonding

My Boracay Blouses

During our last vacation in Boracay, i bought some cotton blouses and its very helpful in this hot temperature. My boracay blouses comes in different colors and i liked very much its comfortability.

My Birthday

Today is my birthday and i just have a simple celebrations with my loved ones. I spend my great day shopping for some household stuff at Wilcon, lunch at Super bowl chinese restaurant in Alabang and at the Old Spaghetti house, attended Annabel's 50th birthday at Southforbes clubhouse, bonding with my daughters at home and in the clubhouse pool. For me age is just a number what is important is your inner self and how you look at life's perspective.

My Hottest Summer

The temperature here is continuously rising and when we drive to Alabang for some household shopping yesterday, our car recorded a whooping 42 degrees centigrade. Its really very hot and it reminds me of our vacation in Abu Dhabi and Dubai two years ago. Its our first time to spend summer here and its really my hottest summer so far. Hopefully the weather will change next month.
