Productive Wednesday

Yesterday we pampered again ourselves with a relaxing massage at Banahaw Spa. I also finished praparing our loot bags for the trick or treat scheduled next week here in our subdivision. In the late afternoon, our friends visited us for a small talk. Then i proceeded to the clubhous for our aerobic session before calling it a day.

Nightly Visitor

We noticed since last week that the big frog comes every night to our house. It just popped up either in the garden or at the side of the house. Probably it stayed on the plants all day because of the warm weather. Last night Dirk took photo of our visitor and it even stopped for photo ops instead of jumping.

A Night to Remember

It was another gathering of friends at Annabel and Ted Shepherd's place the other night. We visited the man of the house and feasted on grilled meat & pasta courtesy of the Hasketts and Ste McCharles, a visiting family friend from Canada. Its a night of fun and laughter which lasted till wee hours of the next day.

Dinner with Friends

After playing bowling at StarMall in Alabang yesterday, we proceeded to Rose&Grace restaurant in Paseo de Santa Rosa for early dinner. We decided on this restaurant because its specialties are filipino foods. We did order Lechon Paksiw, Fish Sinigang and Ginisang Ampalaya. For our drinks, we choose gulaman and sago. The foods are sooo delicious and it really satisfies our cravings for pinoy foods.

Dirk, the Construction Worker

For the past days Dirk busied himself constructing a row of hollow blocks at the back of our house. Everyday he puts two and it will be finish soon, the next step will be plastering and he has second thought of doing it or he might just leave it to the professionals.

Filipino Foods and Delicacies

Today's lunch is at Rose and Grace restaurant near our place. Dirk's favorite pinoy foods is Lumpiang Sariwa and Lechon Kawali. I really miss the foods below and there are really times that we craved for some filipino dishes.
