Turning Dreams Into Reality
Building a home is probably the most complicated decision you will ever make but also rewarding in the end. Yesterday, we witnessed the initial pouring in the house foundation of the Zarn's. As a filipino, we believed that putting some coins, rice and even chicken blood will bring luck and prosperity to any house. For Remy and Thomas' haus, my camera captured the future queen of the house throwing some coins on the post foundation. We then have a small champagne party at the site wishing for the smooth construction of the Zarn's dream house.

Happy Hearts Day !!!!
Animations provided by MySpaceAnimations.com
Filipinos have always been known as romantic people and it is mirrored during this special day of the Hearts. The economic crisis, price increase and other problems didn't stop us for taking time to spend valentine and hand out red roses, sweet stuff or other small things to our loved ones. Today, after exchanging valentine gifts, we entertained visiting friends and even have lunch with the Zarn couple courtesy of our contractor, Kevin. We then prepared purified and alkaline water for delivery before attending the dinner invitation of Jim and Yna for their first wedding anniversary today.

Lunch at KFC Shopwise
For a change, Dirk tried the Kentucky's Fried Chicken Double Down Sandwich. It is made of two thick and juicy boneless white meat chicken fillets fried to perfection, strips of bacon, melted cheese and mayonnaise. Though its a little bit oily and salty, Dirk said it taste good but one serving is not enough for him. I ordered two spicy fried chicken with rice and i ended up eating only the crispy skin and gave the rest to Dirk.

The Water Point Training
Aside from having a rented house, we also ventured into a water refilling station which makes us busy for the past months while still here in the Philippines. We named it "The Water Point". I believe that water remains to be a basic needs and definitely a good investment. But i am also aware of how stiff the competition has become. We decided to be an independent seller and we need to be more creative in this aspect to gain a share in the market. Unlike the franchise, we need to commence on our own and rely mostly on our entrepreneurial instinct. Of course we promised our customers to provide quality service to be able to come up with loyal clients. So yesterday, we have our first training day at our water refilling station. By the way, we're selling purified drinking water and ionized alkaline water using the latest state of the art and one of a kind reverse osmosis machines.
