Boracay: The Paradise Island

Boracay is one of the world's best beaches. Through the years it continues to amazed beach loving tourists to its sun bleached shores of powder-soft white sands. After 3 years, we found ourselves again in this paradise. The island is the silent witness to our blooming relationship, 10 years and still counting. I enjoy the tranquility offered by the island and the blue waters though i am not a water person.

Sunday Bonding

After the baptismal of my grandson Keith yesterday, my family proceeded to our place for more bonding moments with us. I am not feeling well yesterday, my stomach is jumping up and down and i became a regular visitor of the WC. My feeling somehow improved after spending quality time with my sisters, children and grandchildren.

Visiting Friends

We really have a very busy days here, the on-going renovation on our other house, the pre-christmas bazaar, caroling practice, homeowners meetings and entertaining visiting friends. The Zarn and Koehler couple visited us and spend a wonderful time with them.

Aero Night

Last night i did attend our scheduled aerobics night. I liked very much this form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. We performed a number of different dance-like exercises and also boxing.




And of course after our aerobics, some more bonding moment at home

Today, my Uncle Jerry joined his creator and my mother in heaven. You will be forever in our hearts and may your soul rests in peace.

Monday Shopping

We always shopped for our food needs at SM on Mondays instead of weekends. In this way we avoided long lines in the counters and weekend/window shoppers. After shopping, we then have a relaxing massage at Lynderm and drive to Alabang to buy toiletries at S&R.

Astrid's Birthday

My daughter Rose Astrid celebrated her birthday yesterday. Her college and high school friends prepared a combined surprise party for her. A picture of happiness showed on her face when her friends just popped up from somewhere to surprise her. They did bring foods and of course.... fun and memories.

The Southforbes Ladies

After our yoga or aerobic sessions at 8:30-9:30 in the evening, we usually stay for some meeting or doing our community projects. We seldom do it in the clubhouse but at any friends house willing to serve coffee and midnight snacks. I have lack of sleep but i'm enjoying very much what we're doing.
