My Girl Scouts

I am very happy that despite some financial difficulties on the part of my children who are carrying the burden of sending kids to private schools, their daughters still joined the Girl Scouts. I still remember when i was their age, i really liked to join but my mother didn't allow me because we don't have enough money for the uniform. Anyway, i hope my grandaughters will learn something from being a girl scout and be prepared at all times....

Our Cenacle Prayer Group

After staying for us for three weeks, Mama Mary is now with the Regaspi family. They are very religious and the kids also participated in our praying the rosary and the interpretation of the gospel. After the prayers and sharings, we feasted on foods that Luchi prepared because of the birthday of her son and daughter. Over the sumptuous dinner, its catching up time for all of us.

By the way before Mama Mary left our house, our lighted candle formed a heart figure. Sure it was Mama Mary's way of expressing her love and gratitude to all of us.

I am very proud of Dirk because though he has no religion, he has lots of respect and love for Mama Mary. Everyday, i always see him touching the Mother of our Lord as a sign of respect. I am very happy that Mama Mary choose to celebrate Her birthday with us and the three weeks that She is with us is not enough. Mama Mary thank you very much for all the blessings, the love, guidance and keeping my family safe always.

Our Boracay Trip

Every year, we come to our favorite island just for relaxation to enjoy the sun, sea and swimming. This time, dirk was not able to enjoy the sea because of the strong waves. Anyway, i thanked our Almighty for our safe flight and vacation. Anyway, i have two pictures below which are in constrast with each other... the city and island life, the choice is yours.

My Achievers

I'm really very proud of my grandchildren who excel in their class especially Mimi who is a consistent top 1. The siblings, Lucky, Lyka and Leila also make their parents proud. I give credits to my children who are hands on in guiding their kids in their studies. The motivation also works for Lyka because its her first time to be included in the roster of honors. To all my apos, congratulations, mamalola is very proud to all your achievements.

Doggies New Haircut

I am allergic to dog's hair thats why i regularly bring them to grooming center for haircut.

By the way, the balikbayan box from canada containing my christmas village arrived. There are some breakages but i will just repair it.

Visiting Buddy

Princess or Buddy as we fondly called her is my other daughter from another mother. She is here in the Philippines for a short vacation to attend the wedding of her sister Ghel. She treated us for a sumptuous lunch at Contis and bond with our doggies...
