Remembering Loved Ones

Its All Saints Day and its a day of remembering all the departed Saints and loved ones. To avoid the chaos, we visited the thomb of my mother at Everlasting Memorial Park one week before. I know wherever they are now, they will and will always remain in our hearts forever. We will continue praying for their souls and their memories will always be remembered.

Christmas is just around the corner and the weekend market near westgrove help shoppers with their yuletide needs.

Southforbes Security

To strengthen the security measures in our subdivision, there are now two lanes for the incoming vehicles. The "with and without" car sticker lanes was implemented to expedite the entry of homeowners with stickers and ultimate control for guests. With the recent untoward incidents, it is really very important to ensure the safety of everyone living in the village. We also now have K-9 dog and 14 security guards.

Lions Club District Magazine

We were very happy that we were feautured in the Lions Club International District magazine for attending the 97th Lions International convention in Toronto Canada last July. Its really a great honor for being a part of the club and helping others in the spirit of Lionism.

By the way, i won a 2 burner gas stove when we attended the 32nd Anniversary celebration and Induction ceremonies for new member of Lions Club International District 301-A2.

Fukuya Japanese Restaurant

For the first time we tried the Fukuya Japanese Restaurant and ordered their best seller pancake with noodles inside. In fairness, it taste good but my stomach is only for filipino dishes.

Kingbee Chinese Restaurant

Yesterday, the Haskett couple treated us for a sumptuous lunch at Kingbee chinese restaurant. The foods are great and so are the exchanging of ideas.

Lunch at Nuvali

Every friday, Uncle Cheffy in Nuvali Solenad is the favorite restaurant of Dirk. He always ordered the same food everytime we're there.... the delicious ribs and salad. After lunch, i sometimes go to the Koi feeding area and Contis to buy some snacks.

Santa Claus'

Christmas is just around the corner and proofs are the christmas decorations in stores, malls and the many Santa Claus' in different establishments.

The Reunion Concert of The Music & Magic

It was a night of good music, fun and bonding when we watched the reunion concert of The Music & Magic, a very popular band in the 80's. Though the members are now in their 50's, their voice are still powerful. Me and my southforbes neighbor friends enjoyed very much the concert and more to watch soon.
